Welcome to Double Libra Coaching. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and text messaging program. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Double Libra Coaching is operated by Double Libra Astrology and Holistic Coaching, LLC, located at 342 Henry Road, Sylva, NC 28779.
1. Services
Double Libra Astrology and Holistic Coaching, LLC offers astrology, coaching, and energy work. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Astrology readings, including Birth Chart, Solar Return, Relationship Synastry, and Star Child readings
- Firekeeper Coaching, a 90-day private coaching experience
- Energy work sessions, including Access Bars and Soul Healings
- Private and group experiences, including yoga facilitation, workshops and retreats, and sacred cacao ceremonies
- Educational content, including a book, a podcast, and a free training
Our services are offered for personal insight and general wellness. They are not medical care and do not create a provider-patient relationship.
2. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Double Libra Astrology and Holistic Coaching, LLC, you agree to the following:

Double Libra Astrology and Holistic Coaching, LLC offers a text messaging program that delivers:
- Non-Marketing Messages: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notifications, post-service follow-ups, and account information
- Marketing Messages: Special offers, program announcements, educational content, and re-engagement promotions
2.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the types of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive recurring messages.

By checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our contact form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive the specified types of text messages from Double Libra Astrology and Holistic Coaching, LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.

You can cancel text messages at any time. Simply text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you wish to re-enroll, text START to opt back in.

2.6 Message and Data Rates

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.
2.8 Supported Carriers
Our text messaging program is compatible with most major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carrier support may vary.
